A friendly hostel

So if you’ve never stayed in a hostel, here’s an image. It’s dirty (but not smelly), cats wander all around, dinner is all you can eat spaghetti, with a veggie no meat sauce option. You get a bed and a plastic mattress, use our own sleeping bag. No heat or ac. It’s probably 50 degrees in here. Brrrr. And I have to listen to the old (and young) guys talk. They say women talk a lot, but men in a group never shut up!!!

  1. I stayed in lots of hostels when I was backpacking in Europe during college. At the time, they seemed fine, but I think my tastes have changed a bit! Once I actually paid money to sleep on the basement floor in a hostel that was totally full. I was too tired to move on 🙂
